The experience is centred on the timeless pleasure of wine and cheese: a guided flight, thoughtful comparisons and the flavours of France in a relaxed La Cave setting. Whether you are already familiar with French wine or simply curious to learn more, this is an enjoyable place to begin.
The Flight:
Sancerre: bright, precise and refreshing.
Chablis: fresh Chardonnay with a mineral edge.
Riesling: aromatic and lively.
Burgundy Rouge: elegant red Burgundy character.
Bordeaux Rouge: structured, classic Bordeaux style.
Côtes du Rhône Rouge: generous Rhône red fruit and spice.
Include: Individual platter of specially selected cheeses and/or charcuterie.
