Dale Gatcum

Certified WSET Educator and Examiner, Dale is Ireland's only Certified Rioja and Port Educator. Growing up in New Zealand's West Auckland wine region, he developed a natural affinity for wine.

Over 25 years, Dale has focused on Education, European Sales, and Supply Chain Fulfillment, achieving financial success in complex European markets.

Liam Campbell

Liam Campbell enjoys a long career in the wine and drinks world in many different roles, including a writer (Irish Independant, The Hotel & Restaurant Times).

He is an educator, a broadcaster on television and radio and a judge at international wine and drinks competitions spanning two-three decades.
