Embark on a journey through two of France’s most legendary river regions. We begin in the "Garden of France" (The Loire) for crisp, refreshing whites and lighter reds, before travelling south to the aristocratic estates of Bordeaux for structure and depth.
The Journey:
Loire Valley: Crisp Sancerre, mineral-rich Vouvray/Muscadet, and earthy Chinon.
Bordeaux: A masterclass in blending, featuring the structure of the Left Bank, the plushness of the Right Bank, and finishing with the liquid gold of Sauternes.
Include: Individual platter of specially selected cheeses & charcuterie.
Duration: 2 Hours
Location: 1st floor function room. Early booking is advisable.
