Taste the contrast between aromatic whites, elegant reds and fuller-bodied styles while building a clearer understanding of the grape names behind the label. No previous wine knowledge is required—just curiosity and an appetite for discovery.
The Flight:
White varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling.
Red varieties: Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
Focus: Aroma, freshness, body, structure and the different personalities of each variety.
Include: Individual platter of specially selected cheeses and/or charcuterie.
Duration: 2 Hours
Location: 1st floor function room. Early booking is advisable.
