Embark on a liquid journey across the sun-drenched coastlines of the Mediterranean. This session explores the vibrant acidity and rugged character of coastal viticulture, featuring ancient varietals that have defined Mediterranean hospitality for millennia.

  • The Flight:

    • The Coastal Whites: The zesty, saline finish of Picpoul de Pinet (France) and the volcanic, mineral intensity of Assyrtiko (Greece).

    • The Exotic Blend: Massaya Le Colombier, a sophisticated Lebanese icon from the Bekaa Valley.

    • The Bold Reds: Earthy Nero d'Avola (Sicily), the historic Cannonau di Sardegna, and the powerful, sun-baked Monastrell (Spain).

Include: Individual platter of specially selected cheeses & charcuterie.
